Live 12-Week MCAT Mastery Program

From diagnostic to goal score with proven frameworks that progressively increase your MCAT score.

The Only MCAT Course Designed With How You Actually Learn in Mind

Most MCAT courses throw everything at you at once — science, strategy, CARS, Psych/Soc — and leave you overwhelmed by week two.

We built this one differently.

We Start With the Hard Stuff - So Everything Else Feels Easier

The first half of the course focuses on the stuff that’s hardest to self-teach: high-yield Chemistry/Physics and Bio/Biochem, taught live by 520+ scorers so you can finally absorb how top students think through complex passages in real time.

We pair that with light CARS and Psych/Soc strategy training early on so you can start applying those skills independently using the self-paced lessons and resources we provide between classes.

Once the Foundation’s Built, We Teach You How to Win the Game

By the halfway point, you’ll have a strong foundation, and we shift gears. The second half of the course is all about strategy mastery.

We revisit content in a more advanced way, teach you how to integrate everything across sections, and show you exactly how to approach full-length exams, timing, and mental endurance.

By the time you finish, you’ll know your strengths, your weak spots, and have a clear plan for the final month before test day, not just more material to memorize.

This course wasn’t built to impress you with how much we can teach.

It was built to get you results faster, smarter, and with far less overwhelm.

The 12-Week MCAT Mastery Roadmap

Phase 1: Foundations & Study Systems

Sunday, Jan 4Orientation + Science Foundations

Kick off your prep by learning how to study like a top scorer. You’ll build a strong foundation in the science content that shows up everywhere on the exam, while discovering smarter ways to learn, review, and retain information long-term.

Thursday, Jan 8Bio + Psych/Soc Foundations

Learn how to think like a researcher. You’ll start recognizing how MCAT experiments are structured so you can cut through the fluff and focus on what actually matters in every passage.

Phase 2: Core Science Mastery

Sunday, Jan 11Physics & Equations

Physics doesn’t have to be scary. You’ll finally understand the “why” behind the formulas and start solving questions with logic instead of memorization.

Thursday, Jan 15Organic Chemistry + CARS Skills

Get comfortable with organic chemistry concepts and connect them to real MCAT patterns. You’ll also develop the CARS outlining method used by top scorers to stay calm and consistent.

Sunday, Jan 18Amino Acids & Central Dogma

This is the heart of biochemistry. You’ll finally make sense of DNA, RNA, and amino acids — and how they tie into some of the most common questions on test day.

Thursday, Jan 22Experimental Biochem & Enzyme Kinetics

You’ll learn how to interpret data, analyze graphs, and decode enzyme behavior so you can approach even the hardest biochemical passages with confidence.

Phase 3: Integration & Application

Sunday, Jan 25Reactions: OChem Meets Biochem

See how all those reaction types connect. You’ll start recognizing patterns between organic and biological chemistry that make complex passages easier to break down.

Thursday, Jan 29High-Yield Physics II

Solidify your understanding of electricity, circuits, and electromagnetism — and learn how these topics show up in surprisingly simple ways on the exam.

Sunday, Feb 1Cross-Topic Integration I: Physics, OChem, Biochem

You’ll learn to connect the dots between disciplines. By zooming out and seeing how energy, equations, and biology work together, you’ll start thinking like the test-maker.

Thursday, Feb 5Cross-Topic Integration II: Biology + Gen Chem

Master the systems that run the human body while improving your reasoning under pressure. You’ll learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and solve even when you don’t know every detail.

Phase 4: Strategy & Analysis

Sunday, Feb 8Full-Length Practice Exam Review

Learn how to review a full-length exam strategically. You’ll identify patterns in your mistakes, understand what’s really holding your score back, and create a plan for improvement.

Friday, Feb 12Strategy Consolidation & Timing

Refine your pacing and master the art of staying composed under pressure. You’ll learn how to manage time effectively and keep your energy consistent throughout all four sections.

Phase 5: Strategy Deep Dive + Advanced Science

Sunday, Feb 15Strategy Kickoff + CARS Mastery

Reset your mindset and start applying strategy at a deeper level. You’ll learn how to read faster, reason smarter, and build lasting confidence in your CARS approach.

Thursday, Feb 19DNA + Genetics

Simplify one of the most misunderstood areas of biology. You’ll connect key genetics concepts and learn how to tackle math-based questions efficiently.

Sunday, Feb 22Metabolism: Glycolysis, Krebs, and ETC

Understand how your body creates and uses energy. You’ll finally make sense of metabolism instead of memorizing steps you’ll forget the next day.

Thursday, Feb 26Lab Techniques (B/B + C/P)

Learn how to interpret experimental setups, data tables, and visuals like a true scientist. You’ll start spotting the clues the test-maker wants you to see.

Phase 6: Final Refinement & Exam Readiness

Sunday, Mar 1Solutions & Solubility

Strengthen your chemistry foundation and learn how to reason through tricky solution and equilibrium problems with confidence.

Thursday, Mar 5 High-Yield Psych/Soc + CARS Review

Reinforce the concepts that appear again and again on test day while sharpening your ability to move quickly through passages without sacrificing accuracy.

Sunday, Mar 8Mitosis & Meiosis

Clarify how cell division works and why it matters on the MCAT. You’ll see connections between genetics, development, and disease that make these questions easy points.

Thursday, Mar 12 – Free-Body Diagrams + Kinematics

Make physics visual and intuitive. You’ll learn how to draw, reason, and predict motion step-by-step instead of relying on memorization.

Sunday, Mar 15Advanced Bio/Biochem

Review high-yield physiology and biochemistry topics tailored to your class’s needs. This is where you solidify your knowledge and fill in any last gaps.

Thursday, Mar 19Psych/Soc + CARS Timing Drills

Build speed and focus. You’ll practice staying mentally sharp through back-to-back passages so you can maintain your rhythm all the way to the finish line.

Sunday, Mar 22Chem/Phys Review + Formula Mastery

Lock in formulas and math confidence before test day. You’ll learn how to think like a scientist when it counts most.

Thursday, Mar 26FLEX + Final CARS Session

End strong. You’ll revisit the topics your class voted for, polish your CARS timing, and walk away with a clear test-day plan.

520 MCAT, M1

Meghan McCarthy

→ Took the MCAT three times!

→ Increased her score by 21 points!

“My pathway to mastering the MCAT took three attempts! I studied for the MCAT while working full time, so I understand how challenging it is to balance commitments.

After an initial score that was lower than I expected, I made the decision to delay my application by a year, giving me time to refocus and reassess my study strategies...

There were many moments where I felt discouraged, frustrated, and disheartened...Now on the other side, I am so glad that I did not give up on my goal score! I am excited to support you in your journey...

My success took a holistic approach towards content review, test-taking strategies, and being flexible and creative... I look forward to helping you feel empowered during your study prep!!”

Mehul - MCAT Mentor

524 MCAT, M1

Mehul Nimpal

→ 10+ years tutoring experience!

→ Increased his score by 18 points in 14 weeks!

"I know that the MCAT prep process can sometimes feel incredibly long and tedious, and that it’s hard at times to find the motivation to continue.

I’ve also faced problems remaining positive in light of a poor practice test score or after continuing to make the same mistakes again and again for weeks on end. But I managed to overcome these hurdles, and totally believe that you can too!

I’ve been tutoring in some form or another for over 10 years, and absolutely love teaching. In my lessons I focus on the strategies, tips, and tricks that I learned while prepping to master AAMC-style questions and get through even the toughest of B/B passages.

Together, we'll learn how to actually take the MCAT, not just study for it - looking forward to working with you!"

526 MCAT, M1

Sarah Beel

→ Scored 528 (perfect score) on a practice exam!

→ Increased her score by 23 points in 12 weeks!

"When starting my MCAT prep, I felt completely overwhelmed by the importance of this exam and didn’t know where to start on my studying and I had no one close to me who I could ask for advice.

This caused me to make many mistakes during my prep time, such as spending too much time on content review, not doing enough practice problems and not properly reviewing my full-length exams.

I found myself a month away from my exam over 10 points away from my goal score. I realized that I needed to change my habits and reflected on what was working and what wasn’t and was able to pull my score up and I surpassed my goal score.

I have been through the experience of prepping for the MCAT myself and I know how difficult it can be to navigate this process alone. I think that having someone who has been through this process and has made the mistakes themselves would have saved me a lot of time and stress!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did you make this course?

For years, most students came to us too late — often 30 to 60 days before their MCAT — desperate for a fast score increase.

And while we could help, we always thought: “If only they started earlier.”

So we built this 12-Week Course to help students start the right way; with structure, community, and strategy baked in from day one.

It’s the program we wish existed when we were studying: a roadmap that makes your prep feel clear, supported, and actually enjoyable.

What exactly is the 12-Week Live Course?

It’s a small-group, interactive program where you meet twice a week with 520+ scorers who teach you both high-yield science content and MCAT test strategy side by side.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll cover every section of the MCAT, review full-length exams, and learn how top scorers think through passages under pressure.

Who is this course best for?

It’s built for students who:

  • Are starting content review and want structure, accountability, and expert guidance from day one

  • Have studied before but struggle to connect content with passage-based reasoning

  • Want a faster, more strategic score increase before test day

  • Prefer learning live in a community, not just watching pre-recorded videos

What’s included in the program?

  • 24 live classes (2 hours each) over 12 weeks

  • 48 hours of direct instruction from 520–526 scorers

  • 66+ hours total including office hours and review sessions

  • Weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with a 515+ scorer to keep you accountable

  • Weekly office hours for a full year after the course ends

  • Private community to ask questions and find study partners

  • Access to all premium MedLife Mastery self-paced strategy courses

  • What are the class days and times?

Classes run Sundays and Thursdays, 6:30–8:30 PM Eastern Time (3:30–5:30 PM Pacific).

This schedule was designed to balance prep with work or school commitments.

How is this different from other MCAT courses?

Most courses are lecture-heavy and content-dump focused.

This one is strategy-driven and application-based — every class mixes science review, passage walkthroughs, and reasoning drills.

You’ll learn how to think like a scientist, not just memorize facts.

What if I can’t attend a class live?

All sessions are recorded and uploaded for on-demand replay.

You’ll still get full access to replays, notes, and homework so you never fall behind.

What if I fall behind or get overwhelmed?

That’s completely normal — most students do at some point.

    You’ll have:

    • Weekly 1-on-1 check-ins to keep you on track

    • A dedicated success coach who monitors progress

    • Mindset and productivity training built into the curriculum

We’re here to help you build consistency and confidence, not perfection.

Do I need to buy extra materials?

We recommend you have all AAMC material & UWorld question bank.

All lessons, homework, and drills come included.

You’ll also receive curated resource guides and shortcuts to the best free content for each topic.

What if I’m retaking the MCAT?

Then you’ll finally have the system you wish you had the first time.

We’ll help you unlearn bad habits, fix your timing, and rebuild confidence with a plan designed around second-attempt success.

How is this different from your 6-Week Course?

The 6-Week Course is focused purely on strategy and timing, built for students who already finished content review or 2 months of their MCAT.

The 12-Week Course starts earlier in your prep and blends content, strategy, and mindset into one system — so by the time you reach the final weeks, you’ve already built the foundation for test-day confidence.

The 6-week course curriculum is embedded into the second half of this 12-week course.

Think of the 6-Week version as “test-day prep,” while the 12-Week is “full prep with coaching and accountability.”

    Is There A Refund Policy?

    Unfortunately there are no refunds.

There are a very limited number of spots. If someone signs up and decides midway that they don't want to continue, someone else who could've benefited from the course has now completely missed out.

Also due to the personalized nature of this course, we also can't refund your tutor's energy and time committed to preparing for sessions, grading homework, replying to questions, etc.

I want to gift this to someone in my life. How can I do that?

That is very thoughtful of you! After you sign up, email us at team@medlifemastery.com, and share the name and email of your recipient.

    What time commitment is needed?

Minimum 25 hours per week total, including classes and office hours.

    This breaks down to:

    • 2 live classes per week, 2 hours each, about 4 hours

    • 2 weekly office hours, about 1 hour each

    • Around 15-20 hours per week of independent work, including practice, review, and full lengths

This workload is intentional and realistic. It is designed to work even for students balancing school, work, or other responsibilities, including those working 20 to 30 hours per week. Students who treat prep more like a full time priority are welcome to do more.

Are there any prerequisite courses required?

No. There are no strict prerequisite course requirements.

Students can join even if there are gaps in coursework. The course structure, combined with AAMC and UWorld practice, is designed to help fill content gaps while building test taking skill. Requiring specific past courses would exclude students who can still succeed with the right system.

What minimum score should I be at before joining?

The recommended minimum starting score is in the 490s on a diagnostic or recent full length.

This is not a judgment of ability. Students starting around this range can realistically make meaningful progress with proper structure, strategy, and consistent work. Students below this range may still benefit, but expectations and timelines should be discussed carefully.

Do I need to take a diagnostic before joining?

A diagnostic is strongly recommended for everyone, ideally the free AAMC sample or unscored exam.

The diagnostic helps establish a baseline and ensures expectations are realistic. While it is not a strict enrollment requirement, students are expected to take a diagnostic early so the course can be used effectively.

When should my MCAT test date be relative to the course?

The ideal test date is 2 to 6 weeks after the last class.

The course includes structured full length exams and review, and students need time after the course to complete remaining full lengths, review thoroughly, and consolidate strategy.

How soon is too soon to test after the course?

Testing less than 2 weeks after the final class is too soon.

That timeline does not leave enough space for full length exams, review, and proper consolidation of skills learned during the course.

How far after the course is too far?

More than 6 weeks after the course ends is generally too far.

Beyond that point, intensity drops and skills begin to fade unless the student is exceptionally disciplined. The course is designed to lead directly into a focused final stretch, not a long pause.

When is the CARS office hour held?

The CARS office hour is held on Wednesday evening.

This timing avoids conflicts with class days and preserves weekends for full length exams and review. CARS instruction is handled through a combination of async teaching and live practice during these office hours.

    Are AAMC materials required?

Yes. AAMC materials are required for this course.

The curriculum is built assuming students have access to AAMC resources, including:

    • Four AAMC full length exams integrated during the course in Weeks 6, 8, 10, and 12

    • AAMC CARS passages used for live CARS practice

    • A mix of AAMC and UWorld science questions

Students will not get through every AAMC question during the course, and that is intentional. The remaining materials are meant to be completed in the final weeks after the course ends.

"I began scoring 520+ on practice tests which is higher than I could have ever imagined."

I was in a rut before I signed up for MedLife Mastery... even considered cancelling my MCAT test date.... I wasn't sure if I was capable of succeeding on my retake.

After meeting with [my tutor], I began scoring 520+ on practice tests which is higher than I could have ever imagined. When I opened my test day score of 521, [my tutor] was the first person I told!

"I was so desperate for anything that might help. Someone had mentioned that this was a good, affordable resource and they were spot on!

The MedLife Mastery tutoring and courses are so encouraging and helpful. I wish I would have found this resource earlier in my study. These resources helped me improve my score by 12 points in one month."

"My practice exam score increased by 9 points and my actual MCAT score was higher than I scored on any of my practice exams."

With only 2 weeks left before my exam I was extremely anxious and nervous. Rather than postpone or cancel my exam, I decided to invest in private tutoring and it was well worth it!

After my first session, my practice exam score increased by 9 points and my actual MCAT score was higher than I scored on any of my practice exams. I am really grateful for [my tutor's] help and strategies.

Having someone to show how they went through each passage, what they highlighted, or what they wrote down helped me a lot to actually figure out what to focus on in passages and boosted my score a ton...

I was able to raise my score 19 points in about 6 weeks from all the tips she gave me and the calendar we planned together!"

...From day one [my tutor] showed me how to utilize MCAT resources properly.

"... I took my first practice test and my overall score ended up being a 513"

I had taken the MCAT three times before I decided to start tutoring sessions and honestly, I wish I found MedLife Mastery earlier because I feel like it has changed my life.

I really was at my lowest point, and once [my tutor] began tutoring me, I saw an instant and exponential growth in how I was scoring in passages.

In fact, just last week I took my first practice test and my overall score ended up being a 513 (127 chem/phys, 128 CARS, 129 bio/biochem, 129 psych/soc)!

It is also validating to know that the strategy in which I was approaching passages was the real reason for my lower scores, and not the actual amount of content I had been studying.

My score has improved by at least ten points since having tutoring sessions with [my tutor]!

"...I just received a 515 after working with her!"

I absolutely loved working with [my tutor]. She helped me hone helpful strategies section-by-section and provided me with the confidence I needed to score well.

I'd taken the MCAT once before last year... I just received a 515 after working with her!

My original frustration was running out of time on the first section, and she was so helpful in helping me figure out how to better manage my time and do the math quickly...

I am so thankful for MedLife Mastery and happy with my improved score!!

I was very skeptical when I decided to buy the MedLife Mastery course, but I am not anymore... I've seen my score increase in every section.

MedLife Mastery helped me increase my CARS score by 4 points (122->126) and also helped me with my mindset which helped me perform better on the day of the test.

I got a score I never thought was possible for me on my third try. I went from a 494 (2015) and 502 (2019) to a 513 and I'm so grateful I found this company.

"...100%, invest in the MedLife Mastery course"

100%, invest in the MedLife Mastery course, that really was what made a difference for me."

"I took an expensive Kaplan prep course, found little improvement. Then I found MedLife Mastery.

The strategies and guidance BLEW Kaplan out of the water for a fraction of the cost.

So worth it... particularly the CARS Mastery Course with dissections. Saw HUGE strides in a small amount of time.

"Thank you guys! You came in clutch when I needed you most."

I had done all the content review and practice tests necessary to succeed, but was still not reaching my target score...

Less than a month away from my test day, I started looking up tutors like my life depended on it. I even started to compromise my dream score, asking them if a 510 was even feasible for me at this stage.

I just got my official MCAT score back this week and I am proud to say I made it out with a 511 overall and a 126 C/P!

Thank you guys! You came in clutch when I needed you most.

"...helped me increase my score from a 499 to a 510"

I worked with [my tutor] for about a month leading up to my MCAT date. I had taken the MCAT earlier this summer and received a 499 (C/P , and felt really discouraged...

He helped me increase my score from a 499 to a 510 by working with me to improve my test-taking strategies mainly.

After months of studying on my own without seeing any improvement, I largely credit his help for the increase in my score!

"MedLife Mastery was honestly the best resource I found..."

MedLife Mastery was honestly the best resource I found for studying for the test.

Lots of companies have content resources, but MedLife Mastery's guides helped me so much with strategy and my overall mindset!

My tutor was so helpful! He helped me with my weekly study schedules and helped me solidify my strategies for each section.

I have recommended this company to all of my pre-med friends and will continue to do so!

"...recommend starting with MedLife Mastery as early as possible in your MCAT journey"

"...While studying to write the MCAT for the first time, I was also working full time...

I felt as if I truly was understanding the material, but continually got the same low score on my practice exams which was frustrating.

I would recommend starting with MedLife Mastery as early as possible in your MCAT journey..."

"... Here I am, two months later, with an acceptance to my top choice medical school!"

... I was trying to balance the graduate coursework from my accelerated Master's program, medical school applications, severe ADHD, and studying for my MCAT retake...

I cannot emphasize enough how much of a blessing my tutor was in this process...

I went from a 498 on my first practice exam to a 511 on my official MCAT retake (previously got a 503 on my first attempt) in only SIX WEEKS of preparation - and here I am, two months later, with an acceptance to my top choice medical school!

Thank you Eli and MedLife Mastery, now I can finally pursue my dreams of becoming a physician!

"I can't recommend MedLife Mastery highly enough"

"I took the MCAT two years ago, largely by myself, and when I decided to retake the exam, I knew I needed some outside perspective and guidance.

I've consulted and paid for nearly half a dozen tutors, vendors, and resources, and the MedLife Mastery team is far and away the best.

I can't recommend MedLife Mastery highly enough, and my only regret is that I wish I'd found them sooner and not wasted my time and money with other companies."

"I would highly recommend this company to anyone studying for the MCAT"

I loved the tutors that helped me analyze my mistakes and create a plan to help me improve on my weaknesses in CARS and B/B.

I also love the resources from CARS tips to the passage analysis videos for the AAMC resources.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone studying for the MCAT.

"I used to hate CARS. I think it might be my favorite section now, which is crazy to say."

Before working with [my tutor] I really didn’t know that content can only take you so far and how crucial strategy and critical thinking can be for all the sections.

She helped me reconstruct how I thought about and approached the MCAT - as something that is doable and in fact designed for me to be able to do well on, despite popular belief. I used to hate CARS.

I think it might be my favorite section now, which is crazy to say. ... I feel so lucky to have run across the MedLife mastery website .... I genuinely don’t know where I would be without her.

"...helped me score a 126 in that section with a score of 512"

I had the pleasure of being paired with Charlotte who is the absolute best in helping you out with the CARS section. My score was a 124 just a few days before my actual exam and she came up with a solid strategy that helped me out on test day when I ran out of time and helped me score a 126 in that section with a score of 512 (129/126/129/128) overall. Can’t recommend her enough, super kind and encouraging!

"I would recommend the program to anyone looking to focus in on deficits/areas of struggle..."

I had a wonderful experience with MedLife Mastery...

After reviewing content and having foundational knowledge for the MCAT, I was struggling with applying what I knew and approaching difficult passages...

In watching the videos, I solidified my approach to breaking down passages, navigating tough graphs, and gaining tips and tricks such as using units to my advantage in answer choices.

I would recommend the program to anyone looking to focus in on deficits/areas of struggle. The entire team is very helpful, and all content is written in a way that is encouraging and uplifting.

"Helped me create a study plan that allowed me to score a 517 on test day."

I had plateaued in the low 500s and was desperately looking for a way to increase my score.

Meeting [my tutor] drastically changed the trajectory of my MCAT journey.

He helped me to create a study plan that allowed me to score a 517 on test day.

His actionable feedback and ultra-targeted test-taking strategies showed me how to approach and think about questions and topics that had previously stumped me.

[My tutor] was patient, responsive, and encouraging at all times.

I strongly believe that without his support and guidance, I would not have achieved success on the MCAT...

Why Our Students Improve Their MCAT Scores

Hint: It's because we're also future doctors ❤️

    Strategy First
    • We spend 80% of our time on helping you with MCAT strategy.
    • As premeds we're experts at content review, but content review gets you to 495-505 (the average). To get beyond, you need strategy.
    Affordable Help
    • We share the same dreams, the same struggles, and the same debt as you.
    • Watching others get help we couldn't afford to get a competitive MCAT score for med-school, always felt unfair. We're doing our part to even the playing field.
    We Can Relate
    • None of us are "naturals" who scored 515+ or got into med-school with ease. The MCAT was brutal for all of us.
    • No one becomes a mentor with us just because of their MCAT score. Relatability and ability to teach are equally, if not more important.
    Fast Score Increases
    • We want to help as many students as possible, not the same students as much as possible.
    • We want to see you become independent as quickly as possible. We value fast results so you can move on!
    Mindset Matters
    • The MCAT can bring you to tears and even make you question your dream. We’ve experienced it. You can't perform to your full potential when stressed, worried, or in a state of fear.
    • Every class is a supportive, encouraging environment with a safe space for collaboration. Because along with improving our student's scores, we're dedicated to improving their confidence and their ability to find calm no matter what difficult question (or patient) comes their way.
