I had done all the content review and practice tests necessary to succeed, but was still not reaching my target score. I consider myself a good test taker, but this was getting ridiculous.
I first emailed the MCAT Mastery Team in a total panic. I may have started with a 493, but I had my eye on a 512. Months dragged on and I shot up passed the 500 mark, then the 505 mark, but then that's where it all stopped short. I bounced around the 503-505 range for a few weeks and eventually was at my limit. Less than a month away from my test day, I started looking up tutors like my life depended on it. I even started to compromise my dream score, asking them if a 510 was even feasible for me at this stage.
That's when they assigned me to my tutor, who helped to calm the heck down. Not only did he help me with my problem areas and send me high-yield equation sheets, he helped me understand that what was really holding me back was my mental hang up on C/P. I was out of mind angry that this one section was going to blow my chances at almost every medical school I was interested in, despite me hammering it into my head for months on end.
My tutor helped me to see the math for what it is... my score started to skyrocket. I just got my official MCAT score back this week and I am proud to say I made it out with a 511 overall and a 126 C/P!
Thank you guys! You came in clutch when I needed you most.
The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide was really helpful... It was helpful to see how experts would suggest how you should tackle each section of the MCAT. It also provided a lot of information on the process of taking the test.
If you are not taking a prep course yet, I would especially recommend this guide because it provides a lot of tips and strategies that you may not be able to get from the practice books itself.
Overall, I would recommend that every pre-med preparing for the MCAT should read this guide before they start any type of preparation!
I really appreciated the 130+ Scorer CARS Mastery Report. I thought it was incredibly useful, especially the part where it walks you through a practice AAMC passage. It was nice to see a detailed thought process written out for others to use. Something I did that helped, was complete the passage on my own and then read the explanation given in the mastery report to see where I could improve!
** It took me about 3 weeks to jump from my lowest (practice test #5) to highest score ( on the real MCAT). The drop was kind of a surprise because I had made a 504 on the practice test before that. I believe a part of the reason for the drop is because of my lack of focus due to some personal problems. I shouldn't have taken that particular practice test knowing that I wasn't in the right head space.

I highly recommend downloading the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide! I found it about two weeks before my exam, but I wish I'd found it sooner. Sure I knew the content, but I had no idea how to take the actual exam. It provided loads of tips on how to structure your study strategy and how to approach the problems. The study plan advice was especially helpful to me since I was self-studying and designing my own strategy.

Although I wish I had found the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide sooner, it was really helpful! I only bought it about 2 weeks prior to taking the exam.
It would have been great to find it sooner and not "reinvent the wheel" with developing my study strategies.
When I did find the MCAT Mastery site and signed up for the daily emails, I couldn't believe how helpful I was finding the email tips. I downloaded the materials soon after and read the guide in a day, taking notes on all the parts that really resonated with me.
The part I needed the most was battling my test anxiety. The MCAT is a TON of pressure but those strategies helped center me."

The advice in the mastery guide was exactly what I needed to hear in my panicked state. Hearing the basic advice to review my practice exams was gold. I am so glad I googled "MCAT strategies" a week before the test or I very likely would have voided my score and had to retake. The way I see it, I spent $30, but saved $300!

The MCAT Mastery documents do a good job of not only giving you tips on test taking, but also how to manage stress and to stay calm. They are very direct and honest. The strategies that are presented provide different perspectives on how to think about the questions or even different methods to approach the passages and diagrams or tables.
Another resource that helped me the most was the CARS Mastery Report. Having examples of the thought processes for the AAMC CARS question packs was very helpful and allowed me to better acclimate to the style of AAMC."

I came across the MCAT strategy guide and was SO happy that I did. It hit on all the questions I had and all the strategies I needed to implement in my studying. Most of all, it made me really focus on the PROCESS - studying for the MCAT is not about memorizing techniques, methods, terminology. It is about connecting ideas and being able to apply them.
I spent a lot of my spring college semester taking notes on my MCAT prep books, but those only touch on the specifics and from all my studying, I really started to realize that someone could truly take the test with only basic science information and still do well as long as you know how to comprehend, analyze, make predictions, and interpret scientific readings.
This is exactly what the strategy guide helped emphasize, which was something that I had never quite grasped, since all other prep companies sell you on needing to memorizing all the specifics.

Zara is an absolutely amazing tutor! Before I started working with her, my score was not crossing a 500. After working with her, I noticed a significant jump in my score through my practice exams. She helped me not get intimidated by all the overwhelming information in the passages and helped my reason properly to reach the right answer. Most importantly though, Zara gave me the necessary confidence to take the exam!
The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide is a Must-Read for anyone who wishes to do well on the MCAT. It has amazing strategies and tips that you will not find in ANY test-prep company material (Kaplan, TPR, NextStep, etc). I wish I had known about it earlier in my studies because it brought my strategy aspect of the MCAT to a whole new level. I was hesitant at spending money on it first, but it was worth every penny.
I then went through the CARS Mastery Report which included in-depth analysis of AAMC CARS QPack. This included great strategies for CARS and showed me how high scorers think. I was getting amazing explanations for dense passages that I would have no clue on when I read through it the first time around. All answer choices were explained very logically and helped me spot out trap answers. I would highly recommend this if you are struggling with CARS.
The MCAT Mastery Strategy Guide was an important addition to my studying toolkit, especially as a self-studier. I highly recommend getting this guide early in your studies, but I bought it 3 weeks before my test and still believe it made a huge difference. It gave me a way to study smarter, not longer, and helped me maximize the time I had left!

Theres not enough stars here for Mehul, I have worked with alot of tutors including some from MCAT Mastery and had already been through the MCAT prior to working with him, when I came to him I was in a time crunch, needing to make a big score increase in about a month before my test date. Let me tell you my experience during our sessions absolutely changed the game for me, he listened to what I needed and we actually tackled the issues. Mehul always went the extra mile to provide me resources and answer my questions no matter how many I sent him, most of all he believed in me. We attacked my weaknesses and just like I never let up neither did he. I typically don't do reviews, but that is just how amazing of a tutor Mehul was for me. I cannot convey my appreciation enough, if you are willing to put in the work, implement the resources and adopt the mindset (which he helps you cultivate), there is literally no limit. The investment was most definitely worth it, bottom line Mehul is excellent, he actually cares, if your looking to take your score to the next level this is definitely someone you want on your team.

I’ve had Savannah as my tutor and I couldn’t be more happier! Since day#1, she was very engaging and provided me with the tools I needed to approach CARS passages. As we went through sessions, we went from her holding my hand through passages, to myself completing them and getting her feedback on areas of improvement. She also was invested in seen how can my score improve. I 100% recommend MCAT mastery tutoring!

I have only been meeting with Zara for about a week but have already learned so much about the best way to approach MCAT passages. I have learned that most of the times my issues on the science sections stem from not understanding how valuable the passage is, in terms of many of the answers being in the passage. I am excited to continue to grow my confidence and knowledge. Thank you MCAT Mastery for offering an AFFORDABLE and EXCELLENT tutoring service.

Best MCAT resource!
Jack was an excellent tutor! Upon taking the MCAT for a second time, I felt lost on how to really improve. My test-taking confidence was dwindling. Jack was really able to find what I personally need to heighten my strategies and gave me my confidence back amidst the marathon of studying. MCAT Mastery is by far one of the best resources I utilized in both times studying for this beast of an exam, but I am very grateful for Jack's useful, tangible advice to lead me in a direction towards success!

My tutor, Emily, was extremely helpful. My test was coming up and I was frustrated because my score wasn't improving. Emily showed me how to work through passages and gave me strategies that allowed me to finally reach my goal score.
After the disappointment of my first MCAT, I continued studying using a self-paced course from TPR. I doubled my efforts and began spending more time (10 hours per day instead of 7 or 8), but after another 2 months went by without any significant increase in score, I felt defeated. My fiancé was the one who suggested trying MCAT Mastery. I had actually heard of it really early on in my prep, but I assumed it was a hoax. (Guaranteed score improvement as such a low cost? No way.)
But as soon as I bought the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide and began receiving their wonderfully encouraging and advice-loaded emails, I realized how wrong I had been. With only 1 month left before my second MCAT, I was already deeply focused. I followed the guide's advice about how to prepare in the last month of your study, and I began to see my score increase by several points each time!
Reading the MCAT Mastery Guide was one of the best things I did to prepare for my MCAT. I read it after having taken some practice exams without seeing any increase in my test score. I was panicking as I was only scoring around 505 and I knew I needed at least a 515 for the schools I was interested in.
Worst of all, my scores were very unbalanced between sections with my lowest score being the physical sciences with a 124. After reading the book, I completely revamped how I reviewed my exams and shifted my focus to tackling my worst sections with a vengeance. I’m totally thrilled that I scored a 517 and even happier to have brought my worst section score up to 129. I credit the majority of my progress to following the advice in the MCAT Mastery Guide.

The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide gave me the necessary tips on how to study most effectively during the short period of time that I had. If you are lacking confidence in your abilities or feeling lost in your studying, I would definitely recommend the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide.
The strategies in the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide helped give me the confidence I needed to master the MCAT. Seeing true testimonials from people who read the guide and found success made me feel like I could do it too. The MCAT Mastery Guide gave me the confidence I needed to conquer the MCAT and it could do the same for you!

I had a week before the my MCAT to better my physics!!
I purchased the CARS Mastery Course which I found the most helpful in my studying! Specifically, I appreciated how there were videos on how to do each type of CARS question and broke it down into actionable steps. As someone who loves lists of steps, this was really useful to me. Also, I appreciated how the videos also included encouragement because it continually reminded me that CARS was possible! I wish I bought the course earlier so I could have integrated it earlier on in my practice!

Mehul was an excellent tutor, from day one he showed me how to utilize MCAT resources properly. You have to know how to read the AAMC passages properly and we would go through them together. I went from a 490 diagnostic to a 512 on test day!!!

I got sessions with a tutor and she helped me so, so much. She was really able to understand where I was getting stuck and why and then how to help. Having someone to show how they went through each passage, what they highlighted, or what they wrote down helped me a lot to actually figure out what to focus on in passages and boosted my score a ton.
After [the first] session I felt a lot better about planning and having someone so nice and understanding behind me. From then we met once a week, and during the hours I would pull up the AAMC question banks and we would go through multiple passages in different sections and she would really go through what steps she took to read the passage, read the question, read the answers, and bring everything together to understand it and get the answer correct.
She was very understanding of where I was getting tripped up and was more than willing to go through things multiple times if I needed it. She was able to really emphasize how important going through the passage was and understanding the details in it to bring it all together, which is something I was continuously getting tripped up on... I was able to raise my score 19 points in about 6 weeks from all the tips she gave me and the calendar we planned together

I am a MCAT Mastery Student and I was tutored by Joe McGrath. I must say, I have never had such a great tutor as him before, he is exceptionally great. Every passage that we did from any section of the MCAT, he completely broke down the passage and showed me how he picks up on the important details, and then showed me his method of attacking questions. He was exceptionally great and I really learned a lot from him. After tutoring with him, I did see my MCAT score increase by 7 points on my practice tests. I really enjoyed working with him, because he has contributed a lot to my renewed MCAT strategy and he is really brilliant and knowledgeable!

The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide was so helpful in every aspect of my prep. The first time I wrote the MCAT, I hadn't heard of this strategy guide and rather focused exclusively on the content from The Princeton Review. I found myself getting caught up on small minute details that didn't really appear again on AAMC material or the real deal. The MCAT Mastery Strategy Guide honed in the idea that it's not all about content, nor is it all about small details. Yes that's important, but focusing on test taking strategy really emphasizes that you can pull off a high score.
You hear a lot of strategies from different places, but having it all in one area is so helpful, and you can easily refer back to it any time. The strategies also did not feel so robotic. They had a human element to them, especially in the way they were laid out, casual yet so effective and helpful. The CARS strategy guide is very very effective as well, because it works out passage examples that trains you how to work out real deal passages. I am so glad I found this strategy guide to give me the confidence boost, reassurance, motivation, and inspiration to write the MCAT again and score much higher (after four week intense studying). The strategy guide also really helped minimize burnout, so please use it!

Pooja was AWESOME!
I decided to take a chance on purchasing tutor sessions via MCAT Mastery and it was the best decision I ever made. Pooja was so positive and supportive, I couldn't have asked for a better tutor. Prior to seeing her I was stuck in low 500's and in just 3 weeks I was able to improve so much and to a score I never thought was possible! Her strategies and the way she teaches them were great.
I loved how [my tutor] explained and broke down each passage during the sessions we had. My weakest section was CARS and I honestly thought that I would never improve at all on this section and just felt overall lost while trying to understand passages. He showed me how to go into CARS with a strategy and really learn how to tackle the questions in this section. He even helped me set up a study schedule to ensure I was not falling behind in the other sections, and I thrived with this newfound structure and consistency.
I had taken the MCAT three times before I decided to start tutoring sessions and honestly, I wish I found MCAT Mastery earlier because I feel like it has changed my life. Taking the MCAT and seeing barely any score improvement really takes a toll on your mental wellbeing, and I felt like I lost all confidence in myself, almost like I was not smart enough to take this test.... I really was at my lowest point, and once [my tutor] began tutoring me, I saw an instant and exponential growth in how I was scoring in passages. In fact, just last week I took my first practice test and my overall score ended up being a 513 (127 chem/phys, 128 CARS, 129 bio/biochem, 129 psych/soc)!
It is also validating to know that the strategy in which I was approaching passages was the real reason for my lower scores, and not the actual amount of content I had been studying. My score has improved by at least ten points since having tutoring sessions with [my tutor]!

Before I started meeting with a MCAT Mastery Tutor, my study schedule was very messy. I had no structure and would just study as much as I felt like doing. I was still spending a lot of time studying, but I was not doing the right things. I am a 24 year old who just recently graduated from College. This was an extremely stressful time. I have never been a good test taker and really struggled with the time pressure. Additionally, I often found myself second guessing myself and changing answers.
One thing that really helped me was that my tutor actually pulled up the AAMC question bank and would read a passage out loud and I was able to hear what the thought process of my tutor was. For me that was like okay now I understand how you tackle these questions, what to highlight, and how not to get bogged down... For me that really simplified things.
My tutor helped me with rewording the question and understand what is at the root of it, and that is something that helped me a ton. It also showed me that you didn't always necessarily need to know how to solve the problem but there are certain clues that you can use, if you knew enough of your content, to get an idea of how to narrow your answer choices.
My tutor also helped me with feeling confident... Before using the MCAT Mastery resources my CARS scores were very inconsistent. This was very frustrating for me. I found that often times I would go back and change some of my answers. If you are struggling with CARS section I would definitely recommend the CARS Mastery Course or getting a MCAT Mastery Tutor. These two things greatly helped me improve my score and I am sure the same would be true for you.
I was so desperate for anything that might help. Someone had mentioned that this was a good, affordable resource and they were spot on! The MCAT Mastery tutoring and courses are so encouraging and helpful. I wish I would have found this resource earlier in my study. These resources helped me improve me score by 12 points in one month.

I did not use the the tools from MCAT Mastery until a month into my prep, but I found it extremely useful. It really helped me hone in my studying and work on more effective strategies. The tips were extremely useful and easy to practice. I read the strategy guide in one sitting and then broke it down into how I would continue to approach the questions.
I also think the CARS Mastery Report helped me. I started using all the tips they provided in answering questions and it helped me to get the score that I got. Basically, all the information in these packets really helped me towards the end of my studies to focus and use the information I already knew and apply it to answering the questions effectively.

Before purchasing the CARS Mastery: Step-By-Step Strategies To Think Like A 130+ CARS Scorer course, I was honestly scoring on average about 2 out of 5 questions correct per CARS passage. I haven't been much of a fan of reading my whole life, and I knew that this somewhat contributed to my CARS score. The CARS section was like an unsolvable riddle to me. Once I invested in the MCAT Mastery CARS course, it seriously changed the game for me! Walking through each passage while applying the strategies and methods they teach was effective and increased my score A LOT!!! It is honestly worth the money because it seriously works, and saves you a lot of time - especially if you're on a time crunch, like me. If you are skeptical about purchasing this course, believe me, DO IT!!!
After seeing how I benefitted from their strategies, I have honestly been convinced that I need their other courses for success in the other subjects - because that's literally how good and effective their course was!

Thank you a million!
Honestly, I found MCAT Mastery overall one of the most helpful things I used during my MCAT journey. I used the MCAT Mastery guide, as well as the CARS guide and all of the awesome perks that came with the VIP lounge. Couldn't have gotten a 510 without you guys, a must have for first time (even second time) writers!

Peyton is an amazing tutor!
Peyton is an amazing tutor! Her positive attitude every single session helped me gain confidence in myself and abilities. When she said I could do something, I knew I could. Peyton always adapted to fit my needs, which included shifting our meeting times, changing my study schedule, and tailoring our sessions to what subjects I needed to work on most. She was always prepared for our sessions and gave me invaluable information and tools. I knew I could trust Peyton to get me ready for my exam- and she did it! I could not have gotten my goal score without her. I would 100% recommend Peyton as a tutor.

I absolutely loved working with [my tutor]. She helped me hone helpful strategies section-by-section and provided me with the confidence I needed to score well. I'd taken the MCAT once before last year and got a 508, and I just received a 515 after working with her!
My original frustration was running out of time on the first section, and she was so helpful in helping me figure out how to better manage my time and do the math quickly. I also figured out how to master the memorization required for psych/soc. I am so thankful for MCAT Mastery and happy with my improved score!!

Score increase after one month of tutoring
I worked with [my tutor] for about a month leading up to my MCAT date. I had taken the MCAT earlier this summer and received a 499 (C/P , and felt really discouraged by this score because I was not improving on any of the practice tests.
With [my tutor], he took the time to make a study schedule so that I stayed on track and we focused on improving strategies for tackling the passages. A lot of my mistakes came from approaching the problems incorrectly, and so going through these problems with him showed me where I was messing up and how I could fix those errors.
He helped me increase my score from a 499 to a 510 by working with me to improve my test-taking strategies mainly. After months of studying on my own without seeing any improvement, I largely credit his help for the increase in my score!

My tutor was very personable and relatable. I found his suggestions quite helpful... Now, I am feeling a lot more confident in myself and am not fearing it. I would recommend my tutor, but I would probably suggest more than just 5 hours. Ultimately, I think that I just needed more time and practice.
I simply needed the extra time and practice and am now feeling 100X more confident in myself. I was barely scraping a 500 and after taking a practice MCAT yesterday, I have achieved a 510

Hands down the best CARS prep out there. And they also give amazing MCAT strategies overall! I highly recommend the CARS dissections, they were not only engaging but were beyond helpful. After just reading a few of the dissections, I was able to improve my comprehension and was able to answer the questions with better understanding and speed. MCAT Mastery is by far the most trustworthy for MCAT prep compared to other MCAT prep companies! You will not regret it!

My tutor was PHENOMENAL!! I got into a rut during studying where a month before my exam I scored a 501 which was 3 points lower than my highest score of a 504.
[My tutor] gave me the strategy and confidence I needed to perform better on practice exams with my highest being a 511. I just received my results and I got a 508 which I am happy with!
She helped me recognize where weak spots were and helped give me useful CARS strategy and overall lifestyle tips for pre-test day!

Before I started tutoring, I kept getting constant scores that were below 500. I tried a couple of different techniques before signing up with tutoring, but none of them seemed to work. One of the major things I learned from [my tutor] is that I am capable of getting a good score, a score close to my target.
We mainly worked on CARS, as that is what I was most struggling with. She helped me to quickly learn techniques of how to answer questions... She also helped me with med-school admission/application coaching! I was getting anywhere from 488-495's. Now I am scoring between 505-509.

MCAT Mastery helped me achieve a competitive score on the exam, and bolstered my confidence along the way. Throughout my studies, I used a variety of resources including an expensive prep course. But, the success I had working one-on-one with my tutor was much greater than any instruction I had prior. Not only did he share his knowledge about exam content with me, but his teaching methods made the material stick.
We reviewed numerous strategies for interpreting difficult passages as well. The emails also provided me with encouragement throughout my journey. I would definitely recommend MCAT Mastery’s services to anyone who is taking the MCAT!

I was really struggling with the physics portion of the mcat! With just a week left before my test the progress I was trying to make on my own wasn't cutting it! I had an amazing tutor named Michelle who went over tons of practice questions and gave me a good content base before going into the exam! I recommend this tutoring experience for everyone not matter where you are at in your study process!
I used the MCAT Mastery Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide, MCAT Mastery Must-Know Content, and the strategies sent via their email list. Each of these resources were very helpful in a variety of ways and I'd like to focus on them one at a time.
The MCAT Mastery Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide was very helpful in helping me develop a philosophy about the exam. I benefited greatly from reading the passages about studying alone v.s. in a group, how to construct a study schedule that's efficient and geared towards you, and how to conceptualize the exam in your head such that you understand what exam is about.
The MCAT Mastery Must-Know Content document was very helpful in targeting my content review and differentiating between high-yield and low-yield topics. I was able to use the document to figure out which specific topics to do a deep-dive on.
The MCAT Mastery strategies sent via email were immensely helpful. One of the reasons they were helpful was they had strategies and approaches to the exam and to studying that I never would've figured out in a million years. These emails were also helpful because they helped me formalize and improve on strategies that I figured out on my own (sometimes without realizing that I was doing it).
When I stumbled upon MCAT Mastery I was in desperate need of new advice on how to study and how to approach the MCAT. I bought the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide and the CARS Mastery Report (CARS was my biggest struggle throughout my studies) and both of them gave me great insight on different strategies to incorporate that I hadn't tried yet. . The emails I would get, almost daily, of the success stories really motivated me to keep practicing because if someone else with a premed background could do it, then so could I. I signed up for the VIP Member's Area, as well, and used a lot of the information included in it to help boost my score.
Although CARS was my worst score on both of my writings, I feel like the boost that I needed to get over 125 in that section came from what I learned from the CARS Report. Getting new insight on how to dissect passages and seek out the author's main point is key to scoring well in that section. Ultimately, that section's score fluctuates really quickly, so having a game plan going in is important to get as many questions right as you can. The passage dissections really helped put me over the 125 mark. I'd recommend all that MCAT Mastery has to offer because it helped me in the last month and a half before I took my test.

Siraj was great!
Siraj started helping me only one week before my MCAT retake. I was able to raise my score from a 505 to a 510 on test day. He came prepared to sessions with practice questions that directly addressed the topics I was struggling with and offered effective strategies to solve them. I was particularly struggling with Chem/Phys and I ended up increasing my score from a 124 to a 127 thanks to him!

My MCAT journey started out very frustrating. I didn't feel like my scores were reflecting the amount of content I knew. It wasn't until after I found MCAT Mastery that I realized I was studying the wrong way -- studying like you would for an undergraduate course is not an effective MCAT strategy. A huge missing piece for me was the mental component of the MCAT, it's partly a mind game... MCAT Mastery gave me the confidence to reach 510+

MCAT Mastery allowed me to really identify my weaknesses and build on those to exceed my target score. After being stuck on the CARS section after months of studying, I reached out to get some expert help. I not only got the help I needed to make a 3 point jump in CARS but also help in every section to increase my overall score my 11 points (504 to 515)! I truly recommend MCAT mastery regardless of what you think your biggest challenges are. Their tutors are superb and know what they are doing.

Adam tutored me
Adam tutored me, and let me tell y'all. HE IS THE TRUTH!! I studied with him these past 3 months & he really helped me see my potential with juggling a full-time job with full-time grad work. I decided to push my MCAT to January, but he helped me build confidence and hammer down a consistent strategy. I just needed to write a review to let everyone know who he is. I'm excited to continue to study with him, and I know my MCAT goal is within my reach because of the amazing tips and encouragement he gave me. STUDY WITH ADAM. HE'S AWESOME!

I was very skeptical when I decided to buy the MCAT mastery course, but I am not anymore. Not only does this guide give you actual tips and tricks that you can choose from. It also teaches other skills you will not find in other MCAT prep books... I've seen my score increase in every section. My biggest struggle has been with CARS, but with their guide and practicing every single day not only has my score improved. It's also become less daunting. In fact, sometimes I've even come to enjoy reading the passages and treating it like a puzzle. With their help, I know this is the last time I will be taking this test! 4 weeks out and I'm scoring in the 507-512 range!
UPDATE: Post-MCAT review - 513
I'm back post-MCAT with another review. What can I say, MCAT mastery helped me increase my CARS score by 4 points (122->126) and also helped me with my mindset which helped me perform better on the day of the test. I got a score I never thought was possible for me on my third try. I went from a 494 (2015) and 502 (2019) to a 513 and I'm so grateful I found this company.

The tutoring experience was amazing! I really had a great tutor. And I have to say the MCAT Mastery pricing for tutors was much better than any other company out there. And I don't regret it at all. He helped me with every section. Essentially, he gave me tips and tricks on everything.

Helped go from 497 to 512 in 5 months
Started with 497 on my diagnostic. I was working with The Princeton Review and my study manager told me a 510 was close to impossible. However, with the help of my tutor, Minhtam, I was able to get a 512 in 5 short months. She believed in me when I did not have faith in myself and gave me the tools and techniques to achieve the score of my dreams. I would not have been able to do this well without her and MCAT Mastery. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their score to improve!

One of the best resources for my MCAT…
One of the best resources for my MCAT journey! I wish I had found it sooner, but the MCAT Mastery guide & the CARS guide were so helpful. My score on practice FLs went from 506 to a 510 after reading this guide and learning how to correctly review my FLs. Scored a 513 on the actual, so thankful for these guys.
They sent emails everyday with stories from other top scores testimonies and I would listen to them on my way to campus. Just hearing about others determination and success made it feel more real for me. The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide and the CARS Mastery Report with the CARS Dissections Report showed me how to really dissect a CARs passage to the point where I was only missing 5 questions per full length.

Best MCAT resource for my MCAT
After I have tried so many MCAT resources, I have to say this is the best one to literally ease my long-term test anxiety and improve my score. I have a such amazing experience with their CARS Mastery class. As a non-native speaker, CARS section is the biggest challenge for me. I have been struggling for months and kept postponing my MCAT due to this section. Until I found out this amazing class, everything is changed now. They provided detailed explanations and step to step strategies to help you in tackling any CARS problems. After the class, you will know how to do practice problems in a correct and efficient way to hit a high score.

The emails contained real success stories from students who’ve taken the MCAT, which gave me the boost I needed to push on with my MCAT prep.
First of all, these emails reminded me that I wasn't alone in having to deal with my frustrating MCAT score plateau. I realized that there are so many students who went through and overcame the same struggles as me and just knowing that gave me motivation to keep working harder.
I also realized that the biggest contributor to my MCAT score plateau was that I wasn’t reviewing my tests as I should be. I would just see that I got a question wrong, write down the fact that it was wrong, and simply move on.
When in reality, the most important part about the MCAT is your understanding of the questions that they’re asking, not so much about the content, but why the correct answer was right.
The MCAT Mastery Strategy course really showed me how to review the test, how to look over it carefully, and how to really spend time finding what’s wrong and why it’s wrong. It made me better at understanding the test and I’d like to think that’s when I saw my score boost back up to a 510.

The MCAT Mastery CARS prep course was awesome, I struggled with CARS throughout my prep until I was able to watch someone else reason through the passages. I adapted their strategies and modified them to fit my style and ended up scoring 90th+ percentile in CARS!"

Tutoring with MCAT one month away
I began tutoring 1 month out from my MCAT test date after having been stuck in the 490's for quite some time. I came across MCAT mastery on YouTube and had purchased the MCAT mastery guide. I felt that this guide was very informative but I needed more guidance and insight as to what I needed to alter in my test taking strategies to get me out of the 490's. Thus, after seeing many students success stories with MCAT mastery tutoring and having tried every route to improve my score I decided to purchase tutoring. Before I started with tutoring, I struggled a lot with the CARS. When taking an exam I went in with a game plan in mind of how to approach this section but once I began reading the passages I felt like I lost sight of what my goal was. After working predominantly on CARS skills in tutoring, Serena helped me by telling me to focus on the main idea or authors opinion which allowed me to look at this section more broadly rather than trying to juggle all the things I knew I needed to keep an eye out for. As far as the science sections, my review of these sections got better after tutoring, as I was not only looking for why I got the answer wrong but exploring more on the supporting content. Serena also helped me analyze figures by simply looking at the trend they were expressing and not dissecting them too much. I expressed to my tutor that my goal score was a 510 and she was very much on board with my goal and assured me that it was doable. Before tutoring, I was at a 496, with a section breakdown of 126/122/123/125 and was unsure for a long time if a 500 was even possible. I had taken my MCAT in January 2021 and was not happy with my results after having been on a 6 month plan of prep. Luckily after 3-4 weeks with my tutor I was able to see that a 500 score was possible and had brought up my score to a 507 with a section breakdown of 127/125/126/129. Being 3 points away from my goal score one week out from my test date was reassurance that I could do well. Serena Luke, my tutor, was very helpful in this process and provided me with ways in which I could tweak my approach to passages or figures by looking at it in the most basic level. She gave me reassurance that I had everything I needed to do well I just needed to trust myself, review my exams more in depth, and to review those topics that I was not comfortable with. She was very personable in her approach and I am grateful for her help in my MCAT journey. I would definitely recommend Serena to other students!

With only 2 weeks left before my exam I was extremely anxious and nervous. Rather than postpone or cancel my exam, I decided to invest in private tutoring and it was well worth it! After my first session, my practice exam score increased by 9 points and my actual MCAT score was higher than I scored on any of my practice exams. I am really grateful for [my tutor's] help and strategies!

I felt that being subscribed to MCAT Mastery emails helped motivate me to continue studying, as well as remind me to study (due to the daily emails I received on my phone). They introduce people of all levels, rather than only focusing on top 1% scores, which helped me visualize my own goal and motivated me.
I really needed a boost with CARS since I was consistently scoring low on that. I actually wish I had found MCAT Mastery earlier because after reading and watching CARS dissection videos, I started to see some improvements. Generally though, the idea of keeping a notebook, making meaningful flash cards, doing intense practice runs, and making sure to repeat AAMC material, all came from the MCAT Mastery strategy guides.
It also really helped me to start thinking like a top scorer and getting into the right frame of mind. I started going on a run or walk everyday, eating better and sleeping well. I started thinking and approaching the whole process like a top scorer, seeing the big picture and having concepts jump out at me while I read passages. MCAT mastery really helped with that.
If you’re thinking about buying and downloading the resources, you should! By the time I got through the strategies I reaffirmed to myself that I could do this and that I was born to do this. Also the daily emails I received on inspirational MCAT journeys really kept me going through the process.
The MCAT Mastery Guide is what I turned to when my practice exam scores stalled and my self-studying needed to be revamped. My turnaround was pretty remarkable: my lowest score was a 499 and improved it to a 512 in only 3 ½ weeks. After achieving mediocre and stagnant results in my practice exam one month before test-day, I was panicking and by an act of grace found your MCAT Mastery program to turn it around.
The strategies offered through MCAT Mastery made total sense to me, yet I had not seen these sort of tips offered in other study resources. After reading my MCAT Mastery resources I immediately restructured my mindset and my study habits, which made the difference in obtaining a desirable score on test day. The MCAT Mastery Guide is applicable for all types of students with strategies that are both easy and worthwhile to implement; my only regret is not getting the Guide sooner!

Wish I had used this sooner!
I just started tutoring with Zach and I can’t say enough good things about him! I have been stuck at around a 501 for several weeks and feeling really hopeless. I decided to take a leap of faith and try out tutoring. Zach has been super helpful with pointing out the mistakes I make when answering questions and how to fix them when practicing. He is encouraging when I feel frustrated and motivates me to want to practice more. I have already seen improvement with the type of questions I commonly miss. With more practice and sessions with Zach, I know my next FL and ultimately my MCAT score will be at my goal or above!

Pooja and Savannah have been amazing…
Pooja and Savannah have been amazing tutors. They both have different strengths which I appreciate. I appreciate that they actually listen to the student’s concerns and if you need help with something, they will roll up their sleeves and make sure to find a solution. I had worked with other tutoring companies and the one thing I asked for was help with a MCAT schedule because I was feeling so overwhelmed. Somehow, no tutor ever managed to help me come up with a schedule and were probably just lazy/didn’t really care. I’ve had the opposite experience with Pooja and Savannah. I have a study schedule and CARs plan that they helped create. The amount of stress this relieves from me while having a full time job, etc. is priceless. They both care and come up with creative, human solutions to my particular needs. I am grateful I found MCAT Mastery!

I had Amna and let me tell you
I had Amna and let me tell you, by far one of the best tutors I've ever had. I was a little over 2 weeks out from my exam and signed up for tutoring as a last minute desperate attempt for someone to help me and Amna was everything I could've asked for and more. She was so encouraging, reassuring, and honest. I wouldn't be taking my exam in 2 days if it wasn't for her. I am not usually a person that gets tutoring and honestly was spectacle but without Amna I would not be where I am now in my MCAT journey.

I really appreciated the materials that were shared in the VIP Member's Area, it provided comprehensive study guides and mnemonics that were really helpful to narrow down concepts that I needed to focus on.
I used the P/S doc which really helped me review P/S quickly and I ended up scoring a 130 on P/S. If you are self studying or if you would just like extra resources, I would definitely recommend the VIP Member's Area for study guides that are solely focused on MCAT content.

The best CARS strategies out there!
I've honestly been struggling with the CARS section, and when I got the guideline for the MCAT mastery, I immediately purchased the CARS guideline as well. This guideline really helped with the process of approaching a passage, what to focus on, and how to go about answering the questions. It helped me with time management, and how to have a critical mindset. One thing I regret is not finding out about this sooner!

I had Merrina as my tutor and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s great at what she does and knows the MCAT frontwards and backwards. She also let me work through problems with her during our sessions so she could see where I was getting hung up and not performing as well or efficiently. Really thankful for all her help!!

Non-traditional applicant
As a non-traditional applicant, I have pieced together many MCAT resources to try and learn all of the content material. I often felt like I was missing the big picture of the test as a whole until I found MCAT Mastery. They have worked hard to learn from the actual learners about overcoming study and prep challenges. To me, they feel less like a company and more like friends trudging through the same experience, trying to encourage while also educating. They are the only place I have found real and authentic stories of successful test-takers that I can relate to. The resources they offer go way beyond content so you can actually understand the test itself. I also had the opportunity to work with one of their tutors, I can only say I wish I had found her sooner! Her encouragement and obvious knowledge have been so helpful to me. She has shown me that even top scorers feel defeated at times by complicated passages. MCAT Mastery has been the most complete resource I've found. They help students figure out those perceived MCAT mysteries while telling the real stories of real people who have worked hard to conquer this test.

This self-paced course was a godsend
This self-paced course was a godsend, and also extremely affordable! I found the strategy videos for all four sections to be extremely helpful, and especially since every top scorer brought his or her own unique perspective. I started implementing new techniques and thinking about questions differently and finally got over the plateau I was stuck at. All their instructors were also so motivating, inspirational and relatable - they too struggled initially but helped to instill a growth mindset and sense of confidence. I enjoyed the course so much that I decided to invest in a few tutoring sessions. Eli was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and made some insightful observations about things I was doing while reading a passage that were holding me back (ie, sometimes speeding through and missing the big idea and key hints). Although you have to be committed to putting in the work yourself, if you are self motivated and want to reach or even exceed your full MCAT potential this course is for you. Thank you, MCAT Mastery!

Achieved goal score thanks to MCAT Mastery
After taking the MCAT twice, I was extremely hesitant to take it again. With three weeks remaining before my third MCAT attempt I googled, "how to increase MCAT score from a 505 to a 510 in 3 weeks," and that is how I found the MCAT Mastery Guide. I realized that my biggest downfall was my lack of confidence. Through reading the MCAT Mastery Guide, I realized that small changes in my approach to taking the exam could lead to big changes in my score. By writing down my goal score on post-it notes everyday, reassuring myself in my abilities through verbal and written affirmations, and reminding myself to enjoy a stress-free life in the meantime, I gained the confidence I needed to improve my score. After my third MCAT attempt, I achieved my goal score of a 510! If you are a re-taker, struggling with confidence, or looking for tips on how to approach the MCAT, you should absolutely check out the MCAT Mastery Guide. If you really want something, you will find a way to get there; and for me, that was MCAT Mastery.

MCAT Mastery is a game-changer!
I was so lucky to have Siraj as my tutor a few weeks before my MCAT test date! His tips and tricks to passage approach and analysis along with his references to outside study resources were key to me succeeding on my MCAT. I know I would not have gotten a 132 on the P/S section or a 130 on the B/BC section without his help. Also, I truly believe that the MCAT Mastery Complete Course is the best investment I made during my study period! Their strategies for carefully reading and analyzing passages and question stems along with their discussions about mindfulness and relaxation techniques allowed me to feel calm, focused, and confident in my knowledge and preparation while I was taking practice tests and when I took my actual MCAT exam. The course really helped me focus on the passage and questions at hand without being distracted by fear or anxiety of any kind. Believe it or not, the test-taking strategies I learned from this course have also helped me succeed in my harder STEM-based classes! I am forever grateful that to the team at MCAT Mastery!

Reading through the CARS mastery…
Reading through the CARS mastery writeup was rather surreal, or uncanny maybe; it was as if the vast majority of the mistakes pointed out in the document were precisely pointing at me! The errors in thinking, poor choice-making, and even the "getting angry at the test writer..." made me both laugh and cringe. It spoke directly to me about me. If not for anything else, it gave me a much clearer understanding of the numerous ways I have created my own stagnation.

MCAT Mastery gave me the confidence to reach 510+
My MCAT journey started out very frustrating. I didn't feel like my scores were reflecting the amount of content I knew. It wasn't until after I found MCAT Mastery that I realized I was studying the wrong way -- studying like you would for an undergraduate course is not an effective MCAT strategy. A huge missing piece for me was the mental component of the MCAT, it's partly a mind game. MCAT mastery helped me get into the right mindset. MCAT Mastery gave me the confidence to reach 510+

Mehul was my tutor and I can't thank…
Mehul was my tutor and I can't thank him enough for all his help and patience. This was my retake and although I don't have my score yet, I can say I felt good after my MCAT. I felt prepared and I have Mehul to thank for instilling in me so many useful strategies. I feel the MCAT's hidden secret is being able to rely on your intuition and throughout our sessions, I found myself finding how to make things easier for myself in terms of simplifying details in questions, answers, and passage details. For each session, I would have a list of problems from AAMC question banks and we would go over how to approach the question, what passage details were necessary, and how to approach the answers. It was helpful to hear Mehul's approach since he's a top scorer so when I practiced problems on my own, I would really try to approach the questions in the same manner that Mehul would approach them. Mehul would go over the question and answer and outline step by step what he would do to answer this question efficiently and effectively. When it came to test day, I felt prepared because of the strategies I inherited from him. There were definitely days I felt bad about my practice scores here and there but Mehul was incredibly patient and optimistic, that's very telling of the incredible physician he'll become someday. Overall, from MCAT Mastery's strategies course to Mehul's tutoring and guidance, I felt better about myself this second time I took the MCAT so thank you Mehul and MCAT Mastery for believing in me!
The Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide really helped me adjust my attitude towards the exam. It helped me realize many of the things I mentioned previously: the MCAT isn't something to be feared but a challenge and an opportunity!
The first time taking the exam I was dependent upon just having a photographic memory, but that doesn’t cut it for the MCAT.
You can't just memorize the material (other than the amino acids, definitely make sure you have those under your belt- all parts of it, the single letter code, three-letter code, structure, group, everything!), rather, you have to be able to understand the information and apply it and I believe that the MCAT Strategy Guide helped me do just that!
Additionally, the CARS Mastery program, in my opinion, is a must. It helped me realize how much reading a CARS passage a day could actually pay off. I went from getting 5/9 right per day to 8/9 or 9/9 right per day. I think something that really stood out to me is the trick to read every passage as if your best friend wrote it.
If your best friend wrote it, you are automatically going to be more interested. I literally started every passage by saying "You are going to love this passage because [insert friend's name] wrote."
Both the Top Scorer MCAT Strategy Guide and CARS Mastery are great resources. They both cut straight to the information you need and do not waste your time with fluff. It is arguably the best resource I have found on the MCAT and I really wish that I would have used it on my first time taking the MCAT.
The MCAT Mastery Team really knows how to get the best bang for your buck and I have recommended it to everyone I know who is planning on taking the MCAT.
I used both your Strategy Guide and CARS Mastery Report. At such a cheap price, these documents were not only helpful in my direct MCAT studying, but also extremely motivating.
As a full-time working self-studier (and a retired competitive athlete), I REALLY appreciated in all the encouragement in all of your documents and emails. Ending each email with "You got this" is such a nice thing to see even from people I've never met.
The CARS report was helpful and I immediately noticed improvements in my AAMC CARS question pack scores. I think finding your team after I was feeling extremely discouraged was a blessing. I love how you seem to connect with us through pages and really shine light onto this whole process when someone is feeling most vulnerable.
Writing this now, I am realizing how much I relied on this community for support as I definitely feel I owe a lot of my success (or at least the fact that I did not spiral into a pit of anxiety) to MCAT Mastery!
With a more comprehensive understanding of the process, I was able to score a 508 on the NS FL#5, but the following week, I scored a 503 on AAMC #1. At this point, I was well into studying and was planning on testing in 3-4 weeks.
I didn't believe I could raise my score 7+ points while holding two jobs in that time frame, so I extended my testing date. This was definitely beneficial, as I scored a 510 on NS#6, 508 on AAMC#2, scaled 513 on AAMC Sample, and then a 516 on AAMC#3.
10 point score increase with Eli's help!
MCAT Mastery was honestly the best resource I found for studying for the test. Lots of companies have content resources, but MCAT Mastery's guides helped me so much with strategy and my overall mindset! I also really appreciate how affordable the tools are! I bought a few guides from the company, and then ultimately decided I would benefit from the one on one tutoring. My tutor, Eli, was so helpful! He helped me with my weekly study schedules and helped me solidify my strategies for each section. What I really appreciate about this company is that they provide so much help for students outside of content review. They really emphasize mindfulness, which I believed is what really helped my score jump so much. They also make sure to let students know that there is no single way to take the test that is better than another. They encourage students to find a strategy that works for them, but provide so many helpful tips and ideas. I have recommended this company to all of my pre-med friends and will continue to do so!
Great tools for MCAT mindset...497 to 513!
I found MCAT Mastery simply by Googling "MCAT burnout help" which I guess tells you a lot about my situation. While studying to write the MCAT for the first time, I was also working full time and moved across the country from my family in the middle of the pandemic--so you could say there were a lot of emotional factors at play. I felt as if I truly was understanding the material, but continually got the same low score on my practice exams which was frustrating.
When I found MCAT Mastery, my biggest take-aways had to do with the MCAT mindset. They really focused on effective strategies to stay calm like meditating, exercising, and building confidence to approach exam day. I love the language they use around "mastering" as a concept, and I really felt like that attitude helped me to achieve success. They also introduced manifesting into my life, which I feel is a skill I will now implement forever.
I would recommend starting with MCAT Mastery as early as possible in your MCAT journey, however their tips are incredibly helpful even if you stumble upon them in your last week!

I LOVED working with Serena!
After taking the MCAT for the first time a few months ago, I was very disappointed in my score. I was thankful when I found MCAT Mastery because the tutors appeared relatable, encouraging, and approachable. I met Serena, my MCAT tutor, and I loved working with her! She gave me a lot of helpful strategies for CARS and walked through passages and how to find the main ideas with me. We also went over C/P questions and reviewed chemistry content as it was my weaker subject. My practice score average was ~519 (10+ point increase), which gave me a lot of confidence going into my retake. Serena was always available to answer my questions and help when I was stressed. I think test anxiety really got to me the first time but after working with Serena, I was better able to manage it. She was not only a wonderful tutor, but also an excellent support person throughout my retake experience.

The stretegy book really works
I used MCAT Mastery's strategy book to help me design an efficient plan to study for content as well as a practice test. After each practice test, I would look up advice for the section I did poorly and revise my study plan to try to get a more balanced score distribution. I can't be happier with my 514 on the real MCAT.

MCAT Mastery: An amazing MCAT resource!
First, I would like to state that I have not yet taken my MCAT and am two months away from my test date. After realizing the test was so much more than content-based, I began searching for MCAT strategies on the internet and came across MCAT Mastery. I was matched with Julia and she has been a wonderful tutor and friend! She has been able to effectively explain the efficient thought process of going through each passage type (especially those intense experimental passages) as well as the daunting CARS section! Having Julia alongside my studies has boosted my confidence in identifying right vs. wrong answer choices with the ability to see past a lot of the traps and wording choices that the MCAT purposely throw in there to try and sway you from the correct answer. Since we started working together I have had an increase of about 10 points from my first attempt at an AAMC FL exam and I am ecstatic to see how much more I can improve and hone in on my developed strategies until my test date! Though I do not have an official score, I can say with confidence that I am so relieved to have found Julia through MCAT Mastery and recommend her to anyone who feels stuck in their studies!

Mindset = a big deal, don't discount it
If you are gearing up to take on the MCAT, you have to understand that there is no silver bullet resource, piece of advice, or strategy to succeed on this exam. To do well on MCAT, like most things in life, requires the right mindset and the right effort. One of the things I liked about MCAT Mastery was their emphasis on mindset. Through their emails and strategy guide, they provide countless ways to remain positive, perform your best, and leverage strategies that set you up for success. For me, these strategies helped me change how I thought about the exam, which was of the utmost importance to go from the low 500s to a 90th percentile score. These are also just good strategies for life, so, that's nice too.

I am so relieved that I discovered MCAT…
I am so relieved that I discovered MCAT mastery when preparing for my MCAT, and i feel especially lucky to have matched with Pooja, who was an incredible tutor. She was very flexible with scheduling and more than that, she had GREAT test-taking strategies and advice, and was very patient with me when it took a while to understand something. Going over my practice full-lengths with her was extremely helpful because she could pinpoint exactly what it was that I was having trouble with, and explain to me what wasn't clicking for me. What Pooja was really good at was going through passages with me and teaching me how to extract information from the text, read complicated graphs and figures, and understand exactly what the passage was talking about. It was an absolute pleasure to have Pooja as a tutor and I am so happy that MCAT mastery matched me with her. Since out first session, my practice test scores have moved up 11 points!!

When I happened upon MCAT Mastery, it was going to be my third time taking the MCAT. A lot of other tutoring sites seemed pretty unreasonable for the price, in my opinion you are the one on the exam at the end of the day. I really liked the affordability of the tutoring service. I also really liked the tutor I worked with. Nicholas was very flexible and worked with me up until the day I stopped studying. He was able to break down questions I didn't understand or help me find resources while I moved to another question. He also just helped me feel better about the process. I would say the only feedback I have (and it's really feedback for myself) is that I tended to drive the tutoring sessions with my anxiety around the test and I should have let the tutor set the agenda a little more. Overall, great experience. I improved by 9 points. I also used a LOT of resources and this was one of them. I didn't find the strategy guide helpful because I had already decided on a tutoring company by the time I found the guide and the guide made me second guess my decisions which wasn't useful at that point.

Chem/Phys has always been very difficult for me, and after seeing plateauing scores, I knew I had to do something different if I wanted to reach my goal score. I found MCAT Mastery in perfect timing. My tutor Emily was able to help me pinpoint my weak areas and we realized I needed help with MCAT math. In a single session she was able to revamp my attitude towards the C/P section and showed me the necessary shortcuts to make MCAT math possible for me. I’ve been tutoring with her for over a month and I learn new, fool-proof ways to tackle C/P passages every session. Now, I get almost all math questions right, and my C/P score has increased with every practice exam! I don’t know what I would have done without Emily. Thank you MCAT Mastery

Joe's CARS strategies were great!
Joe's CARS strategies were great! He was very attentive and gave amazing advice. My score improved from a 123 to 127 in CARS in one week. He gave me the confidence I needed and was very encouraging! 10/10 recommend.

Best CARS test prep for your dollar ANYWHERE
The MCAT Mastery CARS course was the best decision I made about my MCAT prep. I had tried watching YouTube, learning to speed read, learning from others, and just about everything else. Nothing was sticking with me and I was growing more confused about the CARS section and my abilities. However, I truly believe anyone can find more success in their CARS journey with this course. The strategies are consistent, easy to understand, and helped my score jump within days. Would recommend to anyone!!

Excellent Resources!
I stumbled upon MCAT Mastery at the very beginning of my MCAT prep. Their Mastery Report & VIP services had everything you’ll need content-wise to greatly boost your score! Start early to get through it all. My CARS score was stagnant for 2 entire months prior to using the CARS QP 1 dissection. After completing the dissection my CARS score went from 123->127 on practice exams! Not only did my CARS score increase but my bios and psych did as well! Thanks for the support MCAT Mastery!

Mindset Change: from a 491 to a 505 in four weeks
When my scores started to decline significantly to a 491 after nearly reaching a 500, my mindset was very negative. I came across MCAT mastery and was paired with Savannah. Though mentally defeated in the first session with just one month until test day, I reached my goal of walking out of the exam with a smile and my head high with Savannah's help. I appreciate MCAT Mastery's focus on the individual rather than just the test material. I highly recommend subscribing to their daily emails and one-on-one tutoring to walk out of the exam feeling content.

The strategy guide took me to a 511!
The strategy guide took me from burnt-out frustration & poor studying to higher focus, confident studying! I had believed that the MCAT was all about content & had neglected strategy but the Guide put all the strategy resources into one bundle where I was able to reassess my study plan, make changes and PERFORM on test day!

MCAT Mastery was instrumental in my studying process
MCAT Mastery's daily emails were instrumental in my getting over the "510 hump." Seeing other people's strategies as well as their stories motivated me to keep getting better every day. Additionally, CARS was the most difficult section for me since the beginning. MCAT Mastery's YouTube videos helped hone my approach on how to improve my comprehension of passages. This was key to the huge jump in my score that I saw in CARS.

Second time test taker- 498 to 509!
I decided to write my MCAT for the second time over my winter break. Many people told me that I would not be able to improve my score in 1-2 months, but I felt like I had no other option. I found MCAT Mastery and decided to go for it. I was paired with Pooja, and she was AMAZING! She helped me regain confidence with myself as a test taker. We spent many sessions going through passages, so I was able to learn the correct way to read and analyze the information. She also helped me build a great study schedule and keep my stress levels low. She even helped me get into a better sleep schedule and helped with test endurance through diet and caffeine. I just got my score back today and went from a 498 to 509! I could not have done it without Pooja.
I owe my MCAT success to my MCAT Mastery tutor
Before I was set up with a tutor through MCAT Mastery, I was struggling with my MCAT preparation. I was trying to balance the graduate coursework from my accelerated Master's program, medical school applications, severe ADHD, and studying for my MCAT retake in only SIX WEEKS. I was not seeing the improvement I needed in the necessary time frame, so I decided to invest in a tutor. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a blessing my tutor, Eli, was in this process. He helped me set up a proper studying schedule, trained me to adopt a positive mindset about the MCAT, and he identified my weaknesses and never once made me feel stupid if I did not understand something. His unwavering support and ability to explain hard-to-understand concepts was a game changer for me. I went from a 498 on my first practice exam to a 511 on my official MCAT retake (previously got a 503 on my first attempt) in only SIX WEEKS of preparation - and here I am, two months later, with an acceptance to my top choice medical school! Thank you Eli and MCAT Mastery, now I can finally pursue my dreams of becoming a physician!
